International Economic Forum a list of the safest countries of world. Azerbaijan Republic ranks 18^th (eighteenth) place among 141 (hundred fourty one) countries. According to the opinion of Forum, Finland is the world’s safest country. Russia ranks 126^th, Armenia 38^th, Georgia 32^nd place on the list. During the preparation the rating, the percentage of crimes, as well as the threat of terrorism and the relationships between law enforcement agencies and citizens.
